1. What We Collect
When you use MyDopplerEffect, we collect the minimum data needed to operate the service:
- Email address — used for magic link authentication. We do not store passwords.
- Solana wallet address — provided by you when connecting your wallet to mint or interact with NFTs.
- Companion data — your AI companion's personality traits, conversation history, and game state are stored to power the experience.
- Payment information — processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
2. How We Use It
- Authenticate you via magic link email
- Mint and manage your NFT companion on Solana
- Run your AI companion's personality, memory, and in-game behavior
- Provision and manage your game world
- Process payments through Stripe
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following services that may process your data:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Solana blockchain — NFT minting and token transactions (public by nature)
- Arweave — permanent NFT metadata storage
- Google Cloud Platform — infrastructure and compute
- Resend — transactional email delivery
4. Data Storage
Your data is stored on Google Cloud (Firestore) and encrypted in transit. Blockchain data (NFT metadata, transactions) is stored on Solana and Arweave and is publicly accessible by design.
5. Your Rights
You can:
- Request a copy of your data
- Request deletion of your account and off-chain data
- Disconnect your wallet at any time
Note: On-chain data (NFTs, transactions) cannot be deleted as it lives on the blockchain.
